I will watch the video, yet years ago I read a book on quantum physics (by Alastair I. M. Rae). Due to the book, The thing is that the "observer effect" happens on micro-scale (and one suggestion to upscale it is the Schrödinger's cat hypothesis).
Due to the book if I remember, our world has started by an intangible division on micro scale, and all successive creatures are the result of micro-scale incidents. So basically our world is the result of micro incidents.
If those tiny incidents were different, the result would be another world in another level/time—maybe still dinosaurs were alive. Or if those micro incidents were faster, we would be in another level of knowledge, civilization, and technology.
and here is the fun part:
As the observer makes the reality (on micro-scale, and our world or other possible worlds are an accumulation of those observations), the "PROPER OBSERVER" can witness whatever world they anticipate...
it means that the world of UFOs and dinosaurs are there waiting for the proper observer to realize them...

@Mike-Amos Actually it was a really friendly popular design. Each gate had two brick benches to sit down and chat with neighbors. The Elderly also had this chance to rest for as long as they wanted, while being safe from the sun and precipitation.

I was born in a small and beautiful mountainous town called Borujen. At that time it was a lovely and privileged cozy city with beautiful houses and entrance gates that rarely you may find them now.
This one, amongst a few, has remained despite damages and must be as old as the WWI era. (Unfortunately, the porcelain plate indicating the construction date is missing.) They used to be on the gate's top middle, where you now witness a niche.

I see how perceptions of concepts change from culture to culture. The cheapest places to stay here usually are inns and motels (road-side hotels) are not that different from hotels. They are usually designed as tourist complexes that encompass several activities.
Although due to currency exchange value, Iran is an extremely cheap destination (for EU residents), yet because of inflation and the economic situation, it is also too expensive for a normal Iranian family to stay in such a place as well.
By the way, these complexes generously offer shelter, free water and electricity for a short stay.
Even the most classy road-side tourist complex such as Mehr O Mah, offer free services:
