Sketchup creates a duplicate icon (of the already pinned to taskbar icon) on the taskbar when I launch it. And it creates another one if I open another instance of Sketchup. It doesnt stack the icons together like it does with all the other programs (Excel, Chrome, ecc)
It started happening with older versions. I believe I first noticed it with sketchup 2019, and I've learnt to live with it, but now it seams I found the culprit. It's actually the Vray plugin. If I disable it, this doesn't happen any more. I find it strange that nobody is addressing this issue. Or is this just unique vray behaviour for my PCs.
Iβve tried deleting and recreating the pinned icons, pinning them from various locations, even from the .exe file located in the Program Files directory, and the behaviour remains the same. I also found some articles online that mention various ways to pin taskbar icons that are doing similar behaviour, but none of these posted solutions have managed to sort this issue out.
Anybody else noticed this?
