rcossoli, I know what you mean, there is room for impovement in some of the textures. My main focus is not the rendering, I spend most of my time designing and building houses. But I like posting my rendering 'cause I get good feedback from people like you. Thanks for your comments, I was having problems with the lights 'cause there is a lot of shadows from the trees and the covered terraces and is hard to combine two spaces one in shade and another one in full sun. Is either to dark or too light, I had to fix the lights with photoshop.

Yes newbuilder those rendering on my website (Design Visualization) are with Podium and a a little Photoshop to do the sky and fix brightness etc.
I haven't try Indigo, Podium is good enough for my needs.

Hi newbuilder, I'm a custom home builder too. SketchUp will give you a competitive advantage over your competition is a great tool, just by doing design you offer more that all the other builders that don't. I recomend Podium for Rendering, very easy and cheap.
As far as SketchUp tips tou should find plenty here, checkout the ruby forum for scripts that can save you modeling time.
