Thanks for sharing your experience canoek, good for you that you have worked lined up.
We are lucky to I guess that we have work 'til years end. We do Custom Luxury homes in the Austin Area. In late 2007 we had 6 houses lined up, and those 6 became 2.
We should finish the last one by the end of 09. But, we don't have another one lined up, the good thing is that we are a design build company and we don't have to wait 'til the plans are ready for us to start making some money. And we can also pick up a design only job.

Is there any custom home builders on the board that would like to share their experiences of how they have been affected by this Economy, and what measures have been taking by your company to improve business.

you dont need High Res for the internet. 800 pixels wide is usually big enough and you don't have to wait long for the image to load.

Alan, I didn't realize that the floor stone texture was from FF, I thought about it after I said it and thought that it could be from FormFonts. By the way that is a nice texture some other people outside this forum commented on it.
I like your idea of using silhouettes, thanks for your comments.

DzineTech, good pointers about the different elements on the rendering and I agree that the lights turned on in the middle of the day it just looks silly.
