RE: Have you had a model stolen?
sounds like "someone's selling Google Chrome on the net". or, someone's selling any other freeware, open source, etc. on the net. if it's really there in 3d warehouse too. it may sound funny, if people know that the ware offered as freeware or opensource. yet someone trying to sell it.
that's for the "money making from other's effort" part.for "credits", i guess what Dave wrote above is adequate to give the idea of how bad and low the person might be. not to mention giving slime a bad name

RE: The making of 2008 BMW E92 M3 GTR
yes, Marian. actually that company located on the other island of my country.
and apparently you showed me one of 3 "blueprint"s that i have here. if you checked that "blueprint", it wasn't really a blueprint at all and not quite symmetric kind.
i am working on this one though, if i have the time;
sorry elisei and steve, didn't mean to get off topic

I have found no blueprints but I found a skp model of it

thank you Marian. but that's a box pickup model. i was planning to draw a minibus model. already working on it actually. though few friends and relatives have been asking me for visual for their house drafts.
i've never thought to look for it in the warehouse

RE: Did a God or Gods create the universe? EDITED
i think i just saw misunderstanding around recent post.
nevertheless, i'd like to point little things that some might misunderstood. else, i'll just let it be.i do think our intellectual capabilities and consciousness are different that those artificial or human made things. as if the same thing went through by this kind of sentences,

"Could an omnipotent being create a stone so heavy that even that being could not lift it?" If "he" could lift the rock, then it seems that the being could cease to be omnipotent, as the rock was not heavy enough; if "he" could not, it seems that the being was not omnipotent to begin with..", Averoes/Ibn Rusyd.
and physicians as far as i know, admit that even the most advanced computer cannot be compared to human brain. a simple thought, compare the size of human brain with those super computer. and let's think of how many nerves, muscles, etc. a brain controlling.
about the flood. i think i remember someone mentioned that the flood were not really drown the whole earth. i don't really know what others have to say about their scriptures. i do believe in those scriptures and scrolls (kitab and mushaf), in their former shape though.
rather to drown some kind of a civilisation. that's a "world" in certain meaning. for those whales, it does make sense to be there. there were news about whales stranded on the beach even without storm or flood.the topic is still "did God or Gods..." even if i am not really think i am a religious pious kind of person. i do believe someday people will have their enlightenment. perhaps not all, but at least most. hopefully.

RE: [Plugin] Set North in Free version
hi everyone,
i am back. Didier's and Jim's plugin both works well in SketchUp 8!

with Didier's "Set North" i can change the north angle orientation. and
with Jim's "Model Location" i got the full feature of geolocationsorry for rushing around and replying without even checking what others have to say up there. especially Jim's and Fletch's post.
you people couldn't stop to amaze me yet with this forum

i regret those days -erm.. years- without SketchUp 6 and this forum
SketchUp 8.0.4811 currently.

(sketchuptips.blogspot.com)
now, i understand what was that supposed to mean
Jim should've make that Model Location instead
thank you andybot, Thomas, and Csaba

RE: [Plugin] Set North in Free version
sorry people. i was wondering.
since in the SketchUp 8 Free version it seems that the "set north angle" doesn't work.
unless i missed something there.
that's why i've been wandering around the Plugin Index. looking for something to replace that Pro feature for the Free version.
it's quite tiring now, to set latitude and longitude manually every time and then realising that you need to rotate the whole model to adjust the position for the correct illustration.any info or hint? thank you.
[ed] thank you, andy.
no, i didn't see that. it's a link with not much of description what it was
.. but, that's look like it. funny though i visited Jim's site for his cline before
erm... but Jim said there;@unknownuser said:

kidding aside. i agree with Alan on that "idolatry". that's one issue that has been rolling around among those claiming themselves as Jesus follower. yet, they don't really do what they said.@unknownuser said:

Exodus 20:4-5athat verse and many other verses from most scriptures of Abrahamic religions agrees on the issue, literally and allegorically.
