The technique of entering n/m works only because SketchUp's measurements box accepts fractions, not because it implements a divide operator as such. In a fraction both n and m must be integers. Any other type does not get treated as a numerator or denominator of a fraction.
I don't think you can do that. You have to hit all of the views on each page and set them all to the desired render mode. It does seem like an interesting feature, though.

I can't post the LayOut files I've done because they are all for other clients. You can get some of them here, though. This one would be a good example.
