      Thanks Rich
I think I understand the problem but not sure how to fix it without having to redraw the whole thing from scratch. Was hoping for an easy fix! This is what I think I'm going to settle with. ๐Ÿ˜ž ๐Ÿ‘Ž ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    • Can this be made into a solid

I've tried everything I know to do, it's starting to make me feel it's useless but thought I might try here. Please Sketch-up Gods show me the light. All I want is to is combine the too pieces into one solid and have the hole, thats all.

      Thanks Kurt

Thanks Dave, the Nicopress sleeves with fender washers. was kinda what I was looking for.I'm gona look for some and try them on the next one. If I fall though while sitting I'll know to stick to what I did the first time. They seem to like it that way any how, just thought I would try and improve a little.I also thought about all thread but thought it may wear a lot easier so I went with 1/4" plastic coated cable.

    • I build this Kentucky stick chair

I built this Kentucky stick chair from some scape wood just because I was bored the other day now all my family wants two. Thats no big deal but I would like to find a cleaner way to secure the cables rather than using just these cable clamps shown in the picture or nails. Anyone have any ideas?

      Thanks Kurt

A skull and crossbones. Why did you do that in this image? Aside from that, there are features such as the trees that are interesting.

The Skull and crossbones is just a little stupid trade mark I like, I use it on all my images and far as the trees, I got those from the 3D warehouse. They are just face me components.

Heres a quick redo without the Skull.

    • Scaling

Components inside other components is there a way to scale the main component without distorting it. Say I have a window that needs to be bigger but don't want the sills or anything else to changed, just the over all size. can this be done?

I'm always interested in seeing additions to animation for SketchUp.
However there isn't really any detailed explanations what those "characteristics" of the different versions are?
I cannot see any price information for the professional versions either. Not having prices in public always makes me suspicious.
There are also some things that indicates limits of use even for the professional versions like web quota?

Also I havent seen any info on what types of keyframe interpolation it has?
What does the keyframe animation interface look like?

All in all interesting but the product is not presented/packaged in a easy to understand way and the different licencing versions are confusing and makes choosing the right version difficult.
In my opinion there shouldn't be more than 2 (or maybe max 3) different versions of a product.

Very well said and I also agree!

you can take a look this system of animation for Sketchup ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks all but I think I have looked at all possible plugins and stand alone programs to make the animations I wish to make. Some work great but I was thinking it should be something native to Sketch-up itself that would work as well.

Yeah Dave I really like that video. Its not the fact I'm saying it can't be done its just so time consuming to do, well for me it is anyway.Seems someone would have came up with an easier way by now. By the way, I wouldn't have a clue with SketchyPhysics Rodrigonotor thanks tho.
