@Gus-R Dark mode would be nice too.

RE: Bremer bay house render
Looks great, L i am. I seem to be doing a lot of free renderings as well lately. Mostly for practice. Sometimes I show it to the architect I do drafting for and doesn't go further than that. I guess after outsourcing we're all just waiting for AI to take over the universe. IMO most of the AI "art" I've seen looks like an illustration for the cover of a supermarket romance novel.

Another House in D5
Originally modeled for a NPR render in 2011 for Chalet Colorado. I reworked the model and rendered it here in D5 Render.
This was the original render generated in SU with some Photoshop work.

RE: SketchUp native graphic style
It was created by Justin Horstmann. It's native Sketchup but I don't know about the shadows. You could try shooting him an email. Lots of neat stuff at his website.
If you're wondering about how I found that I just did a screenshot of one of your screenshots and did a reverse image search in Google Images.

Looks nice,
I am interested to know what parts are done inside Sketchuo, Are IVYs part of the Sketchup model? Thanks Majid. This is the extent of all the Sketchup work. The rest is D5 Render assets. The vines are also from D5 with their recent addition of vine procedurals. The arched brick is done first with Curviloft and I settled on using Quadface Tools for mapping.

@Rich-O-Brien It says I need a reputation of 20 to downvote.

RE: On " How to Round Complex Corners in SketchUp"
I think I found a solution with the original process. I just copied the loop at the end of the spoke to the top position of that center loop replacing that center loop. I was able to make it a solid with solid inspector and it needed some very minor clean-up.

Water in D5
Decided to play with a stream topo using Vertex Tools and came up with a composition to experiment with in D5 with various elements.

@Rich-O-Brien Get off my lawn!
The right side bar's text is kind of small for my aging eyes. Can you make the font bigger?
We'll be tweaking as we go so expect improvements. As you can imagine migrating was a big challenge. Keeping historical stuff was important.
So poke around for a bit before piling on the requests
OK. This just happened too:

Brick - Seamless Textures/Material
For several years I was using Acme Brick's texture program but that required manually creating a seamless texture by changing a few brick modules. I discovered that it's been updated to an online seamless textures generator which works really well almost instantly.
You find that here: Masonry Designer | brick.com
The seamless textures can be generated under Save: Seamless Tile. The rest is self explanatory.

You can do some pretty cool things with this.

If you are wanting to do a lot of that sort of thing you may find SUbD works for you.
That's funny because I'm working on a re-render of a Ferrari GTO wheel where I used exactly that. I was thinking about SubD for this too. Thanks.

@Gus-R you see who downvoted?
No. All I get is that message in the screenshot.

Making things more difficult is that I can't find any other instructions on this technique anywhere on the internet. I'm sure Blender could do this in seconds. Just a matter of learning Blender.
Learning chamfering in proper program would take a fraction of time you spent messing in vain in SU and discussing it here.
True and my intent is to learn Blender but it's about the challenge and this is after all a Sketchup forum and not a Blender forum and it's good for those that want to continue to use Sketchup to learn from these things so I don't see it as being in vain.

Teething issues while we dial in setting. Can you downvote this please?
Worked that time.

@gullfo Rich, when can we start filling up the suggestion box? I only have two things.
Be gentle Gus. Its been a huge undertaking to get the old content into this newer system.
I'd love if users just poked around for a few days to see how it works and feels.
But if you see or experience a genuine system error or unusable feature let us know.
You can put them here as I subbed to this thread
Everything is working fine but the only changes I would like to see is a dark mode and larger text/font on the right side bar. It's too small for my vision. Larger font there would be more important than a dark mode. Although the stark white is kind of hard on the eyes too.
