Today I noticed when I mirror a component the mirrored copy gets "Scale definition" active. When click to reset it rotates 180 degree, when choose to scale the original now gets "Scale definition"?

How SketchUP is deciding which components to make unique? Sometimes when I paste a component which is already into the model inside another component SketchUp makes it unique, sometimes not. I cannot find the logic here - when and why?

This is a Russian program for furniture design - it shows the way we are working here.

Anybody knows how the Generate Report is sorting the data!! Anytime I change the deepness of the components tree the sorting order changes! It is impossible to have consistent table headers when importing into spreadsheet!!

Happens to me several times - just reinstall SketchUP.

Why don't You run them with the Ruby console open - may be we can see what is the plugin being directed?

Yes, inside the group or component. And only of that picked fase.

Could be made something that puts the material of the clicked face - aka material label?

The beauty of this tool - You don't have to open a component to change the material of the faces.
But it changes all the material in the whole model - not just the face You click on.

Is it possible to change just the material of the picked face?

No. Just a popup box to enter exact length snapping.

Can we have a plugin that changes the length snapping on the fly? Or better as an update to the excellent "Toggle Units" plugin? Thanks, Ruby masters.

Yes, that is what I'm using now even without a spreadsheet - generate report is doing this. But i have a lot of attributes and they differ - so it is hard to find what is needed.

I need a plugin that searches for a given attribute's value in all dynamic components, sums up all the values and displays the final result. Thanks in advance.
