            How long does it take to obtain license after purchase?
            It has been more than 24 hours and I still have not received any email.

                I need a help.
                (I am a user in china,My English isn’t very good.)

                I bought your 2022bundle today and I cannot avtive my license.
                I installed the latest sketchucation store extesion and also latest fredo6 plugin.
                but when I want to validate license ,I'll get an erroer coede B03.
                and if I click validate license, I'll get an error A04.

                I tryed to delete signature file and revalidate,and I'll get error B03.
                I opened signature txt,in the txt file, [The count IF exited] is writed.

                I'm not change my PC name ,and device name&user name are all in english.

                I like your plugin and they are very helpful, but if my license can't use,I may want to payback.

                  Very likely, you have non-ASCII characters in your computer name. This is a source of problems.

                  I would suggest you change your computer name, delete the signature file and revalidate

                          Can you release all my seats in all licenses, please? Recently I mixed my computers because of rtx card problems so I had to reinstal systems and forget to change computer name before validate licenses.

                              Hello, I purchased RoundCorner and installed the license but now it is not working and saying my trial period ended. The error message I am getting is:

                              msg_validation_error

                              Request to Sketchucation = ERROR_F09

                              I really used Roundcorner a lot for work and want to get it working again. Thank you!

                                First, can you upgrade to the latest version of Skecthucation ExtensionStore.

                                Then, I found that you have already validated your RoundCorner license for 1 seat. Are you trying to validate on a second computer?

                                        Trying to figure out how to get Curviloft working again. I'm on a temp license till the end of the month or shortly there after, waiting on a new computer. In the interim I'm on my old laptop with a temp license so I can get some work done till my new computer gets here. Curviloft used to work on this machine but it's been a while sense it was last used. I never paid for a license as I didn't think I needed one before. If someone can help, I'll pay for a license just need help with where to buy the license

                                          Curviloft and some other extensions became paid extensions in March. You can purchase the license for it. See: https://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=74668

                                          As the post indicates, you need to install the Sketchucation Extension Store for the license. Do that first and then use it to install and purchase the license(s).
