Please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your reply.

- Close SketchUp
- Go to C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses
- Delete the SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt file
- Start SketchUp
Retrieve your license files from https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php and save them locally on your device
In SketchUp go to Tools > FredoCollection > FredoScale > License...
Activate FredoScale using your Fredoscale license file

I have problems releasing the available seats of the license I purchased for Round Corner, I reinstalled Windows and I cannot use the licenses on my computers with the new system -

Hello please need help, just purchased the license but it doesnt work, have read all the help solutions but nothing works. It says "sorry an error occured in the communication with sketchucation. I have internet, all is work. please help, this extension is vital for my work -

This can be the result of a strict network policy. Please whitelist:
*.sketchucation.comOur try switching to a less strict network.

Your Firewall has a list of sites it prevents access to - a 'blacklist'.
There is a 'whitelist' of sites that are allowed.
Manage your Firewall and add *.sketchucation.com to that... -
I am on microsoft defener, is it a file, folder, file type or process, sorry for the dump questions but I am not a pro on the pc, thanks

@TIG have whitelisted it as a "file type", also switched of defender, tried it again, and again, no luck, have the same problem with "round corner" which was already working as I bought the license back in march.
