It's Official... I love you guys!

I'm really happy too. It reaffirms those Google folks are really a smart bunch. I get the feeling Google appreciate the unique qualities of all their people vs. having everyone fit a mould. I imagine Craig is about as unique as they come. (It's likely there's no other motorbike-racing, kung-foo-fight'n, wall-punch'n freaks on the Google payroll!)
Craig -- Keep up the good work! Keep being yourself (but stay away from the fight clubs).
Regards, Ross

If people were possessions and Craig belonged to SCF... he'd be our Lamborghini in the garage. "wax weekly and don't let your friends drive it..."
you can bet, I keep my eye on him. we're lucky enough, that if a user has a glitch or issue with the software and posts here, they'll have an response from Craig with in the day. name a product you get customer service from like that?
I believe that the Company-User relationship is critical in software development and having the direct connection to GSU is something that let's us all feel a little better about depending on the software to complete projects. with that direct interaction, there's no dead end, the possibilities are endless. here at SCF and at Google Groups we have the power, the end user has the power, to shape the software in our own use. it's quite exciting
Google's commitment to Craig in hiring him is a statement to us as a community as well, one that's noted and appreciated. One that says this software will be continued, supported, updated and improved.
with that said...
congratulations Craig, now get back to work. -
Beautifully said Kristoff.
