no problem you can do this

Photographic proof attached. Two logitech mice playing well together about three feet apart.

Hey--- thanks for quick reply! Maybe each unit has some unique code?
Nice to know, these little baby mice are cheap and work fine for me.

BTW- you prompt me to show you one of my young friends. He works in a U-haul agency...

    • Wireless Mouse fight?

For my new laptop I bought a little wireless USB Logitech mouse. Takes up little room- works on any surface, has a battery saver switch and was low priced. (I am a Logitech fan). Model is V220
My case: I would to get another mouse just like it to use on my desktop, with very limited space. I tried the little mouse on the PC and really like it.

Possible problem? Often I use the laptop right next to the desktop. Am I likely to have interference between the two mouses of same model, etc? Or are they sophisticated enought to avoid each other's signals?

Press 1 for "No problem- you can do this"
Press 2 for "No way- fugetabotit"
Press 3 for "In yer dreams"

IMO it's all a big fuss over nothing.

Please forgive me, I have to be true to myself and disagree. IMO it's all a big fuss over SOMETHING!
Something vaguely similar happened to me many years ago, and ,, well,, enough.

I promise to not carry on a flame over this, just my 2 (1943) cents.

On possible uses-- how about form bricks of it, and then you could build shit brick houses! πŸ˜‰

    • RE: [TUTORIAL] Making holes through pipe (cylinder)

Add me to your list of admirers- a very neat and well thought-out tutorial.
      Just a little feedback:
A- On my little LCD monitor (1024 x 768 display)the explanatory text is chopped off at the right end on the longer lines.

B- I think the title could be "Making holes through a solid cylinder". I would like to see you make the cylinder a hollow tube, and make the "cross perforations" appear to be as if a hollow pipe had holes drilled through the sides.

Of course, I may be missing something, maybe my settings?

Again- thanks for the nice work πŸ‘

Edit: Checked it on my laptop (1440 x 900) and got better display, although text still seems to be biased toward right side of screen. Hope I don't seem to picky, just feedback. πŸ˜„

      Hello!
This link may be a good starting point. I'm sure you'll be getting lots of good advice very soon, but if you're up and checking the forum, this link should be of some interest...
Open the link and scroll about halfway down to CADkeen's post..

    • RE: Green Toaster's Car Sketches

Wow-- I'm at the "current" end of the thread! What a read this has been! All through my school days I drew 2 things: girls and cars. That was a long time ago.
I'm old now, and STILL fascinated with those 2 things.

One thing I'd like to see you do is draw some designs based on the classics of the thirties- the "streamlined" "art-deco" era. Cars, that is, not women, unless of course, you have some Sketchup techniques that are not documented. πŸ˜‰

      Example.............

Really kinda scary huh? One thing about that Scion- the rear view mirrors are totally useless. I understand artistic license, but that is ludicrous.
Actually, I hate outside mirrors- no way to make them look good and be functional.
