Could not stop thinking about Disney's Fantasia 2000 during Elgar's piece, he he. Thank you for the insight, Alan. So, what's the spirit of the rest of the season? More highbrow?

@mike lucey said: There is something very comforting about steam trains. Even though I'm too young to remember seeing them ploughing the main lines, I still have a fondness for them. I think in part it's the sense of being able to see how they work, no hidden-away "black boxes" like modern technology. And of course, all those little design flourishes that show the pride of the original builders, and the restorers. I'm lucky enough to have the Keighley and Worth Valley line just up the road - quite a little collection they have now, despite the line being only a few miles - here's a link... KWVR Best of all, every autumn they raise funds by putting on a massive real ale festival - 100+ ales, live bands all day in the main loco shed, seating in the old Pullman coaches, and even hand-pulled ales in the buffet cars of the trains so you can saunter back-and-forth through the beautiful Yorkshire countryside with the taste of a perfect pint and the delicious smell of the roasting coals. A truly grand day out - I recommend it to anyone - the boozing is always very civilised, so perfectly 'child friendly' too (I hear that even lager drinkers enjoy it!).

I don't know. It seems like you just get used to one system and they eliminate it or make it bloatware. Maybe we should go retro, you know, a calendar book, a pen, and those zippy pocket protectors ( that radical stripped shirt doesn't hurt either) [image: dvbb_Screenshot2012-05-12at6.50.15AM.png]

I'm self-employed, 10 hrs per weekday is normal. Of those 10, usually only 7 will be chargeable if I'm lucky. The rest goes on quotes, bookwork, maintenence and learning. I try to keep weekends free mostly for swmbo and sailing and the bloody garden. My preference, when the work comes in, is to go for it doing 12/15 hr days, and then have a couple of days off to do other stuff. Baz

I use two samsung monitors at work that I really like as well. I was planning to replace the LG with a Samsung, but in the end this ASUS was quite a bit cheaper, faster refresh, and 2 inches bigger. But I do agree, those Samsung monitors are great!

When you save a Web page as a Web archive in Internet Explorer, the Web page saves this information in Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension HTML (MHTML) format with a .MHT file extension. All relative links in the Web page are remapped and the embedded content is included in the .MHT file. Yeah. . .I passed on that one. It's always dangerous to take these wonderful little kids books and try and stretch them out to 90+ minutes. . . Witness the "(S)Cat in the Hat", "Grinch", etc. Dr. Suess is rolling in his grave.
