(that's possibly getting into lcd damage there instead of just the digitizer.. might as well just trash it at that point due to repair costs being so high)

I can imagine a collective exclamation from all of us responsible for global warming saying: "Oops, sorry, my bad". (Of course I don't actually know that global warming had Anything to do with this, but it surely seems representational)

John, If you have to go to France I'd suggest you travel on the TGV! I've been to France on a number of occasions and while enjoyable enough, I found the trips ..... well ...... a little boring! I found that unless one is fairly fluent in French, one's efforts at speaking French tend to be frowned on and one can be made feel uncomfortable. Now, I'd suggest you re-think your European Trip and hit Ireland first as this year Ireland is hosting The Gathering! http://www.thegatheringireland.com/ I'm sure there are is possibly a pint or two of Irish blood in you somewhere John! There is a branch of the Clements Family here in Ireland, http://www.houseofnames.com/clements-family-crest You could look them up! Mike

About one year ago,I painted this, based on one of my friends' facebook page: [image: http://www.yegane-art.com/SImages/GImages/21_b.jpg] but don't remember, who was the owner!

I think ultradns.net is only the DNS-server. The owner of the site should be OLX in New York Did you try to contact them? http://ciudaddemexico.olx.com.mx/contacts.php http://www.olx.com/contacts.php I don't know how this works with mexico and copyright ingringements, but since they seem to be located in the US... But concerning your ranking. I think you're at this place because of the image names and your page rank at google search. If i search for "koi pond deck" in the normal google search your page is on top. http://whois.gwebtools.de/woodsshop.com So i would say you can manipulate the images and keep the names and it should work, but no guaranty! Maybe you should ask a professional webdesigner and a lawyer for more information...

I remember Thomthom when you first posted this, the design still inspires me!

I wonder how the costs of deconstruction compare to the construction costs. There's maybe one advantage: it's easier to reuse or recycle materials than when turning it into a pile of debris. Like with nuclear powerplants, proper deconstruction often hasn't been considered in the planning and the costs (and time) for nuclear powerplants easily exceed those of construction.

Rest in peace old chap. You were a really friendly guy and gave me some fantastic advice, with an amazing eye for the detail. I still can't believe this. Here is a drape he shared a while back in one of my threads, wish I could use it to dry my tears http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40&p=183503

Hmmm, I'm just a rude insulting Liberal atheist bastard on Facebook, no point in friending me if you get offended easily, I use Face book to rant and rave, insult and troll...it's therapeutic. Yeah... noticed it

isn't it just incredible!!!

here's another one where there's talk of selling your space ship designs. But I'm funding the first one. I'll probably just buy or try this one as it already seems to be funded. http://www.robertsspaceindustries.com/star-citizen/

Wow, now that is incredible!

@chris fullmer said: Interesting, I felt like US news was making it sound like it would cost like a million USD to buy a bachelor pad in Ireland. I guess they blew that out of proportion a bit.... I'll sell you my house for $1m!

... which is why the model where "millions of users freely modeling Google Earth manually with SketchUp" was a losing model. We are fortunate that Google did not shelve SketchUp, and sold it to Trimble.

Hm, possibly. Never used a mannequin myself. We had models. Which, at fifteen, I didn't mind.

I've done a fair bit of research into copyright laws (well in Australia anyway) - turns out if you design a house for a site the client has the right to build that house however only on the subject site! AND the big AND - it doesn't matter if you got paid or NOT! The only way to avoid the issue is to ensure the client signs a contract that states they only have right of use IF they pay! This means that if you indeed supply a design amongst hundreds of other designers - win or not they can still build your design on the subject land! I had a funny run in on the very issue of copyright and my ownership of a copyrighted design. I was lodging an application for a design at the local council, when another designer walked came to the same counter to lodge a design. I couldn't help checking out his plans as he was standing right next to me. Blow me down though it was an exact copy of one of my own previous designs for a set of units. I waited till the application went on public exhibition to get the details of the developer and then approached them direct to raise my issue! We then met to compare plans and walked away with a $10,000 cheque!

I liked his comments about people who rode on the Steam Powered Catapult. "...which in many people resulted in readjustments of key goals." In other words, "If I survive this I swear I'm going to give up drinking, smoking and sheep."

Kids from a neighborhood would love to help you get the balance "right" with few stones. These are prototypes to demonstrate the structure. The real versions have side walls. The honeycomb structure is the later variant of the "Tweel".
