Those who have bought the book: Has anyone found it useful? If yes I would be even more than happy to see your renders after bringing your new knowledge at experience .

When Big Business is involved most current political parties in power will Kowtow to their masters! Its good to see public debate taking place. More people should do their own research and form their own opinions and then voice them as loudly as they can. There is no excuse not to be well informed these days with the Net.

@pixelmonkey380 said: i'm not sure if this exist yet, but here is another million dollar idea for someone. a digital camera with an adjustable field of view that can be set by degree from the camera. there are already lots of fov calculators out there.. for example: http://www.tawbaware.com/maxlyons/calc.htm (variety of different calculators) then this security company has a fov calculator for use with their equipment: http://www.pelco.com/sites/global/en/sales-and-support/downloads-and-tools/tools/lens-calc.page as far as having the calculator built in to the camera itself, i'm not entirely sure how useful it would be from a user point of view.. trying to set up a shot based on degrees isn't any more helpful or understandable than lens length (imo)

Holy crap! Sigh.. How come every time I start watching something like this I end up looking at Shark attacks or Tiger Vs Lion fights on Youtube. It's inevitable.. 30 minutes of productivity lost

4 km long comet, 100 kg robot lander, 510 million km from earth. And according to BBC "The landing caps a 6.4 billion-kilometre journey that was begun a decade ago." This is serious skilz. Good luck everyone!

Daniel, Yes, in today's world we see a lot of foreign plant / animal invaders. This would appear to be a problem caused by the extent of globalisation we currently have. I have not read enough about Dr. Miyawaki's methods yet to know if he has addressed this problem but would imagine he has taken this into account. Maybe the 300 plants per 100 sq.m. density plays a major role in keeping the invaders out ....... just no room for them. They (the invaders) are opportunists after all

I look at things quite simply because I am not a trained architect and cannot calim to be talking from 'knowledge'. I simply ask myself if the different styling cues add to the building either in looks or strength and if I cannot find any of those on the internet, dismiss it. As long as it does not detract from the basic ability to perform the job intended of it.

I added a post here the other day Mike that might interest you: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=81%26amp;t=59457 A concept that has taken a while to develop, being for a housing model that takes a different slant on sustainability through it's ability to adapt to change in housing demand.

No matter how I try to view any page on the website, typed directly or via google search I get this, on FF, Chrome and IE. It may be that you are signed into your browser.
