According to Wikipedia Rooibos contains no tannins. Wine can contain a lot of tannins and phytates block just as much iron or more than tannins. So it's a bit strange, selective advice unless the doctor would know that your mother usually drinks an awful lot of tea. poster-Maggy

Well, these avatars are fun, I have been getting comments like - is that really you, you look mean, or a-tit-tude, and one person called me "mr. cooly-cool" That's why I piratised my Avatar. I've changed it here again because I evidently have nothing else to contribute at the moment, I grew a "Ross MacIntosh" at Christmas this year, and had some fun when I shaved er off.. this one is my Yosemite Sam look..
