A powerful reminder that such terrible events have no relevance to our lives today.
That should have read that such events are, of course, still relevant to our lives today. Excuse my poor proof reading!
Very nice! Great presentation.
The traditional ortho drawing reminded me of the discussion online that isometric drawings are passe and no one needs them with 3d modeling available. I just used SketchUp for a plumbing diagram, which went into CAD as an iso, for submittal to the city--thank you very much, but yes, ortho and iso works are still very relevant.

For me the outstanding image has to be ...
Thank you, shawb! I'm a bit fond of that one as well. Unfortunately, it ended up being used very little in the comic book.
Hi Majid The smoke is a png smoke texture with transparency added to a face me billboard. I tweaked the transparency more by making it a single sided sub surface scattering material.
very nice render.
I've updated pano2vr.
A bit confusing surface. I have to spent more time on it, to develop a new preset. I am still using my old preset.
Thank you Bryan, now wondering where to go next! I have a notion for one particular model but it will depend on the available source material. I was looking at your excellent Blog page this very morning, you're range of transport covers a, somewhat, greater span of years than mine; 2000 year old Chinese tricycles to spaceships. I consider myself to be definitely stuck in the steam age!
