Thank you for all the input and help, I appreciate it. I found that I had painted the grouped walls a texture, so I tries what Utiler proposed and selected that group and after looking at the entity info window it displayed a texture, I changed it to black and magic. This is good to know. Thanks you.

Thanks JQL. So I went into my SU model and made sure that my section cut color was black, updated the style but I still cannot seem to make the color right in Layout. I'm at at a loss. I found that if I turn on Raster then it shows up correctly, all black lines. If I change to vector or Hybrid, NO Buenos.

For the life of me I cannot seem to figure out why I have different line colors appearing in Layout. This happens to me every now and then. You can see in the image that I have a section on and it's in plan view with a style that shows the back faces as grey and the lines should all be black. It appears the brown line color is only through the section cut. I have checked my style settings and I have line color set to All Same and black as the color. Can anyone help with this anomaly? I really don't know what happened. I had set up a bunch of scenes including sections (yep I have a Sections On style) and after opening and working in the model again I noticed all my sections are all floating above the model in a horizontal orientation. None of my scenes work with the section now. Blaaaahhhh!

Any ideas as to how this could happen?

That's it! So I have exactly that going on and when I hide one skylight option the cut-opening stay on the roof, but I have since found out that they go away after clicking in and out of the group. Thanks for all you help I think I have "Cut-Openings" completely covered.

Good suggestions. I tried the mirror one half of the component and that seems to work fine. What I was hoping for is to be able to turn one skylight option off and another on all while both could "Cut-Openings" but this does not seem to work. When I hide the component layer the "Cut-Opening" appears on the roof.

Yes I do. Creating a component that uses the Cut-Opening feature and having it work on both sides of the roof pitch.

Is this possible to do? If not, dang I have wasted a bunch of time trying to make it work.
