I use Simlab Composer. Import 3DS/Export skp The version I have is fairly old but is compatible with SU version I use, SU8. I'm sure the newer versions work the same way.

      thank you!

      Hi,
these are handmade sketches, mapped onto 'foam core' modeling and combined with cad drawing imports.
      Back to basics.
      More images on my blog.
      I hope someone likes this.

Dude. So cool. Reminds me of ... some 15 years ago or thereabouts... of such an exhibition in Blijdorp Zoo Rotterdam. That was so cool! It had the sabertooth-tiger prowling over an archway you had to pass through. Being all scary and stuff. AFter that... so difficult to choose a favourite between the Triceratops and the Dactylothingy. With the wings.
Oh right. Your images are good too. I specially like the nest with eggs. Fur plugin for the nest? 😄 And did you model the skeletons or were those ready-made?

These images are only a part of the whole modeling job. I made these for a creative theme park designer, who used to work with complex software like Maya etc. These sketchup models will be used to make construction easier.
Here are a few more images.

      Hi,
these are some screen shots from a theme park model I'm working on.
This is the museum part, and there is more to come.
      Enjoy.

This is an executive suite for a church project. I'm inspired by Ithil's recent post. Ithil's post OMG!WOW!UNBELIEVABLE!
Always wanted to do a wood interior like the office image and finaly got the chance. The design is still work in progresss on an existing space and includes a conference room, executive office, kitchenette and lobby.

hi, here's a tip for the third image. To put some more light and life into the native SU image, you should try this; select the ceiling (and event. other elements) and under 'Entity Info' uncheck 'cast shadows'
This will allow more light and shadow into your scene.

Very interesting and great graphic effect (though slightly depressing if it were for a conceptual presentation to the layman). Congratulations.
Is this without any rendering app?
