Hi, Has anyone attempted the Jean Prouve Rack and Pinion Shelves(1948)? I want to give it a go but the problem is getting the detailed dimensions/angles. The wall connection bracket mechanics are also a mystery as the photos of the shelves don't divulge its secrets. I tried contacting the gallery that sells the shelves, but no response yet. If anyone knows a website or book that details the design, please share. I really like (love) aspects of the design mate - the only thing that jumps at me though is the spiral staircase. It seems at odds with the 99.9% rectilinear forms - sought of saying "dam I need to get up there, but now how?"!

Vielen Dank Carloh. Thank You. But this direct SketchUp output version I made only to show that it is a “real” SketchUp model. The “hard” work was to illuminate the city for the direct rendering without post processing.

Thank you for your comments! @alvis: now that I see your sticks I noticed that my spheres are too small in comparison to the sticks. I'm not able to make trinagles this way Next time, I will search for real ones before modeling...
