Wow! Wonderfully done! I really like the subtle tonal range of your rendering and the soft lightning. Thanks Rob

Well, it's just a flyer to get some business generated with contractors. Here is one part. I was just thought it was pretty easy in LO. Yes I printed in digital at the Office Depot and it was fine. OK so I owe a picture.Contractor Flyer second page I'm not sure how the pdf will look unless one DL's and views at the full size.

Thank you John and Richard. Richard the plants are all layers added in PS, pretty mundane stuff. I'd much rather be modeling than texturing or Photoshopping. thanks John

Thanks mate, I get it now. Must be my old eyes. That and the apartments I have been producing are 15' wide by 15' or 30' or about 4.5m X 4.5m or 9m.

We all know that SU is not the "greatest" tool for animation, but I have to say that you have done really good job. Camera seams a bit jumpy in few spots. Overall, the client should be able to get what he asked for. What other software did you use to do this animation?

I just happened to notice that the reflection of a window on the curve of the piano suggests to me that the surface is curved in a spherical way? But of course, I have photographed plenty of visual anomalies and this could be one of those instances where the condition does not follow the expectation.

I took it from a book by eye, to be honest the feet are a little different, thanks for the comment. I found this one online just now but i think it's been flipped. [image: u7ZU_eames-chair-wire-front.jpg]

@teofas said: @unknownuser said: I'm sorry Teo. I thought it was a V-Ray competition, not Adobe Photoshop. it was valid to use postpro, as a matter of fact is my opinion that postpro is necesary for a good render, the line between a good and a great one is postpro in my opinion bro, but sorry if this upset you Could you download your model(.skp) again?Does this model with V-ray preferences? It's very interesting.

@pmolson said: I actualy like the impending storm. But I am not a normal human. I think andybot is correct in suggesting a less foreboding back drop. The best place to get backgound images in my opinion is outside in the real world. Take your camera for a walk. paul [attachment=0:2vff31vk]<!-- ia0 -->SUadjusted.jpg<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:2vff31vk] Hope you don't mind...I just grabbed your image and threw an image in the background that I took with my cheapy digital camera as an example of how real world shots can work. Granted the lighting of the image does not match your render, but if you go hunting in your own area at the right time of day in the right neighborhood for your needs you will end up with a pretty convincing back drop. This place looks like it would have a neighbor so if it were me I would be tempted to maybe show just a little bit of a neighboring home in the distance and maybe a power line or some other "normal" neighborhood item to add realism. One more thing I would say...actualy two more things I would say. I would move a little further away from your building to show a little more foreground and a little more sky above. It feels a little squeezed. Moving back may also help a little with the verticals. The building feels like it is falling away from the viewer. Straightening up those verticals would help I think. Now...I am done. Did I say nice job? Nice job. p Nice tip Pmolson - I didnt even think of that... so much easier than scouring around the net trying to find something fitting... simple solutions are always the best as they say In regards to the vertical lines, i should have fixed those in photoshop using the lens correction... hard to remember all this when i do post pro lol thanks for the feedback! Working on a similiar house which will be built near this one... ill post it here when done

Serious mate! What the heck, do you eat a render breakfast every day? VERY nice. Lots of detail in the modeling and texturing.

great work, the lighting...the materials... very good! Only something looks strange in the specular surfaces... perhaps artifacts from the denoise?

[image: qPiw_poconceptcrawler0701C.jpg]Sometimes I feel like it would be worth trading my left arm for a job teaching this stuff. I've been doing some "quick concept models" lately, modeling all sorts of things . . . having fun.
