Darn! Some bad experiences. Listen so far I'm ok, but it's only been one day so we'll see what happens. I have yet to really get into the plugin and see what it can do, I'm working on an interior right now, we'll see how that turns out.

Ive already commented on this model before, but yes you would certainly pass. This is not the easiest of buildings to model. Looks great!

@rv1974 said: Your "warm autumn" lighting is so tasty! How do you achieve it? I render in VRayIMG format then convert to EXR (a HDR format) so I can re-expose the render in Photoshop. Then I use lots of color correction, a new sky, reflections and trees, people and other bits and pieces and then painted shadows in a blue/purple hue to fit the lighting I'm after. I've learnt a lot from some mattepainting tutorials. Its just that I was going for a spring/early summer feeling...

These were done for the city planning commission. I am used to doing art for marketing reasons rather than planning commissions. I guess it is marketing but just to a much smaller target. I would like to do more work where I am the designer as well as the renderer.

James, the file size is 14,1 MB, still much detailing to do so it will surelly go up. Aegedus, i usualy draw from plans that i find on the web, but i use AUTOCAD to draw the plans and elevations of the vehicle or building, after that i import the DWG file in sketchup and start modeling, extruding and intersecting the drawings. It's hard to draw on sketchup over the plans because it doesn't have so many tools has CAD software, so i try not to do this, the only exception is small parts that do not need much precision. Juan I have moved this to the Renders Gallery. Very nice, it looks like it was pretty tricky to model. Did you model this from photos?
