Tower city in S.Korea

I do not mean to point out the obvious but there are going to be some major structural issues with this design. The size of that cantilever is tremendous. I do not like the design either. It looks like a big dead tree in the middle of the city. Just my thoughts.

here is the model

I have to agree with Scott - it looks like a big dead tree.

uhm.... this is mass model , if you see that in the final with glass and steel , you will not think it
I will upload the final work later 1 month

Big improvement. Looking good there, huyvuvn.

Still a bit scary engineering wise but better none the less. I am wondering on the elevator system that will be used for the top floor? If all elevators would come through the only vertical tower then I have a feeling there will be some evacuation issues.

Have at it Huyvuvn,
This will be my future home. I want to party here, and then party, and bring all manner of curves to this jump joint that is sure to impress.
It does hurt me a good bit, however, hurt me in a way I'm not use to.

Your model looks good.
I also can't help but comment on the design, I really like that it looks like the love child of a sky scraper and a dead tree. Is no one else getting tired of modern glass, concrete and corregated steel buildings. Squares upon squares with not a curve in site. I welcome the departure from the stark and intellectual minimal modern movement....Woah, sorry for the rant, keep up the good work Huyvuvn.
