Hi Sam!
This is great plugin and for me it is better than transmuttr and skimp. Genius work.
There is only problem-if model textured I have no polygon reduction =((( It works only with no texture material models for me. From time to time "redusePolygonCount" makes even more polygons then is in original model. May be it is 1.1.5 issue but there no source to download previous versions.I hope it will be fixed, please!
PS You can see in second row no optimization of textured sphere

Thanks for remaining about Artisan and TT_vertex! Sandbox and native SU tools quite replace it for me do not obstruct sketchup UI, It does not give that goal to use SOFT SELECTION with native moove/rotate/scale clear and effective tools =(. And do not solve problem of bezier curve and nurbs mode editing in SU! Artisan fits for organic modeling. Soft selection + moove/rotate/scale could be more universal, simple and presize editing ability. I asked Thom_Thom to include SoftSelectionWithinPreselection ability to TT_vertex but no luck! If Vertex tool have such tool there would be reason to by it (for me).

There is old plagin that can do it for a long time: 1001 bit pro
but it is sad? that only for flat single face =((((((((
It should work with premodeled surface of road, path, housepad atc

True, the stamp tool does not often create a realistic grading for buildings and other applications. You really have to know something about grading and model it yourself, if you want something realistic. There are videos by professional LA regarding their methods.
Good terrain manipulating tools include Artisan and VertexTools.

I know about that extensions and thank you for advice. I just try to say about really important tool. May be nobody did not say it before. There is 1001bit tool with analog but only for a face. So I thought why SU developer could not make something useful during several years of development?PS. Could u please give me one link to "videos by professional LA"? I saw video from trimble and it was sad.

Hi, of cause there are many difficulties to work with terrains in SU. Since I designing landscapes from 2012 I have found solutions to resolve most of it, but... Why send box palette tool "stamp" Work so unprofessional? It makes offset in linear dimensions to when "stamps" new place to existing terrain!!! Actually it does not matter, what is a distance. Slope is matter. We should enter slope and SU should make transition from existing terrain to designed square, road, playground. That will be professional. I am teaching landscape designers and this is a biggest problem in SU using for all of us!

This is how Vertex Tools selects vertices if I type 30 for soft selection:

But this method has some deficiencies:
first, we will have separated quads by modifying vertices.
second, to join them again, we need to move those vertices which both takes much time and may not be accurate
third, we need to explode the group to join the parts again.
But if there were an option just like grouping which let you choose which vertices to affect the soft selection, then we could eliminate those steps -
Great plugin request
Hi everybody! I have idea for a UNIVERSAL improvement for SU.It is quite possible, to replace some organic modeler tools by standart SU tools if apply it to SOFT SELECTED edges (ends of edges in deed) and faces. Just imagine- select one edge > moove it and it affected bezie editing type!!! and it should work with surfase boundin edges too. I tried vertex tool for example, and this SOFT SELECT TOOL could be more comfortable. It cold use reference points, axes, planes of SU, native SU tools.
May be this tool should work in the selected object range. You have to select several connected edges, then start to drag one of them (central for example) and get effect on selected edges only. But with soft mode!

Plugin Request " Emmiting Material"
Hi everybody! I have idea for a long time, to improve SU.It is quite possible, to imitate emissive material if it have no depends of light. Just adjustment of brightness, hue, saturation, and no sun influence. If I make night scene and all colors is dark, this material will looks like emissive with just light colors.
