Plugin Request " Emmiting Material"

Hi everybody! I have idea for a long time, to improve SU.It is quite possible, to imitate emissive material if it have no depends of light. Just adjustment of brightness, hue, saturation, and no sun influence. If I make night scene and all colors is dark, this material will looks like emissive with just light colors.

I'm not sure a plugin could do this but you certainly don't need one to do that. You can edit the other materials and make them darker. Here's a quick example.
