I think you were meaning that you couldn't get the tools to lay up on the side on the MAC, like the traditional two columns of basic tools: Draw, Move, Measure, etc. on PC I re-installed Sketchup now now and was also confused about my toolbars. found them again under >View >Tool Palettes >large tool set. it has most the common ones leaving space on the top row for 'extra' icons. hope this helps, if it's what you were getting at.

Dave, thanks for the response. You are correct. The problem is hidden geometry. I had show hidden geometry on but, for some reason, SU was not showing it. I reloaded SU and problem was solved. See,it would have been a waste of time uploading the model. You answered the question easily without it!!!! (Actually, it was too large). Many thanks for the help. Cheers...>Scotty

Tim, many thanks for the prompt response. I noticed that too but was a little confused as I have not imported any .dwg's. Also, I have noticed that on other occasions, the error report states that is SketchyPhysics or some otherplugin that has crashed. I am going to have a drink and go to bed! This is frustrating!
