RE: Ko Table
What's the floor surface? Some type of wood? It tiles pretty considerably.
It's a great model though and very nice render!

You better not be telling me that we miss some of your masterpieces.
Just kidding. I love it! Very cool and interesting front doorway.
P.S. Is this actually your house?!

RE: Deleting .ZIP's?
Alright TIG. That makes sense. I use the default Windows unzipper that came with XP so I should be good, right?
Rich, I thought for a moment that it might have been a joke related to exploding a SketchUp model but then I thought you might be serious. Maybe I still don't get it.
The same concept of deleting .ZIP's in the "Download" folder should apply to material packs that I've already "installed" in Kerkythea, right? Or is that different because I never unzipped the folder there?

RE: Deleting .ZIP's?
Thanks guys! Nice to know I can get rid of some clutter around here.
Rich, I don't get any "explode" option when right clicking my .ZIP's. I can't tell if you were joking or if you were referring to what TIG mentioned about taking stuff out of their folders. Or maybe I'm just missing something.

Deleting .ZIP's?
Note: Not sure if this belongs here, in the newbie sub-forum, or over in the plugins sub-forum. If it's in the wrong place, please move this.
I am not very familiar with this sort of thing and thought I'd ask here. I was wondering if it's safe to delete all the .ZIP files from plugins. When I download a .ZIP I download it to "Downloads" on my computer and then unzip to my SketchUp plugins folder. Is the .ZIP in the "Downloads" folder still needed or can I safely delete it without experiencing any problems with my plugins. I'm sure one of you has the answer and would be kind enough to explain it to me. Thanks in advance.

RE: The Milk Maid's Boudoir..
I find it interesting that you use the resolution that you do. 1600x1131. I don't think that's a common computer resolution. Out of curiosity, is there any specific correlation between the resolution you use and printing them off and framing them or whatever you do with them?
Tasty render, BTW.

RE: What Browser do you use? It may indicate your IQ!!!!
It's probably most true in relation to browser user's "tech savvy" as opposed to their overall IQ.
Now that I think about it, I can connect the browsers that many people I know use to their proficiency in internet, computers, and technology in general.

Have an awesome day Boo!

RE: Shape bender doesn't really work
Works fine for me.
Try to be a little more specific. What does "not work" mean? Does SketchUp crash? Does does the plugin just hang? Do you get an error message? Do you get messed up geometry?
You'll get a better answer if you let people know whats going on.

I can't read it. It gets pixelated when I zoom in far enough to read it.

RE: Tutorial for making Bamboo Bird Cage?
You could model just one section of the cage, make it a component, and then copy it around a circle as an array.

This is one of your best, definitely. I would have this on my wall.
I set it as my desktop background. I hope you don't mind, John.

Would love to see some humans in it though.
I don't know. I think the solitude is what sets John's renders apart from say, an uptown condo visualization project. The silence lets the buildings speak for themselves.
Ok, maybe I'm just being weird . . .

RE: Easy Street
Easy Street, huh? Well this is 'easily' one of your best works yet, in my opinion.
That second image, is that FotoSketcher? I love it!
