      I thought the native OBJ exporter came with Pro only Please explain... There is my clunkier OBJexporter Ruby, BUT that [unlike the Pro version] doesn't have the option to NOT triangulate faces. You need to deal with the triangulation in the receiving app... Can you try another format like DAE ?

      Why not draw the lines across the top as you show in your second image and then use Push/Pull to push the angled portion down to eliminate it? That will leave you with the faces on the ends of the remaining walls. You could also draw the cut lines on the bottom of the walls and simply erase the edges in between. No plugin needed for either method.
