Anyone with the same problem?

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to make an animation with Sketchup 8 + vray, but after setted all the option :
-Animation on (frame rate PAL)
-making active Include frame numbers
vray render always the same frame of the first scene (I've created 3 scenes) and i'm trying all the way possibile but nothing.
Again and again it render always the first frame without going forward.
Anyone can solve this problem?

Hi guys, it may could be a banal problem but I can't solve it.
I'm trying to set a rectangle light but when I start a render I can't see any light emitted.
I tried to set different intensity values, but with the same result.

What problem could be?

Empty the cache and check the Internet Options are set up to allow the running of javascript and not be too restrictive on what is opened etc...
Then restart SketchUp and try the web-dialogs again.

I already have the latest verion.
Now i'm checking for the option about java.
IE seems not to have problems for the restriction of java, i checked in the plug-in window and it is enabled, than I checked the security panel and the voice about the script of java applet and it is enabled too.

Windows 7 Home Premium.
Yes, I think too because in the first period I installed SU on this pc there were no problems, then suddenly it began to not runnung more.
I'm sure that if I use another pc I will not have problem, but I use this one for the university in fact I think that the last solution I have is to format it.

Yes, I cleared the cache.
I tried with SU2014 but with no results.

There seems something broken in the communication between the webdialog and sketchup. Maybe you have you disabled JavaScript in your internet explorer settings? are you absolutely sure Javascript is enabled?

i just checked javascrpit is enable, very strange...
