I will ignore what I suspect is a pattern of anti western mentality and assume the author was intending to draw attention to the Wests penchant for blind justice....

I wouldn't want the UN involved in my state either.
At least they'll have jobs and newly recycled fuel.

RE: E MAIL DRAWING
I'm going to assume Joe wishs to share a drawing with some one that cannot currently view it in either .skp or cad file format.
Joe if that is the case blink your left eye twice.
seriously...most people can view jpg images which you can use by exporting the view of your model as a jpg
or...you can use a "print to pdf" application if you are familiar. I use pdf995 there are others available.

RE: RUIN
Actually it was very realistic. I expected some one we know to say, "Look What Bush Did!

RE: RUIN
it's not realistic...they had his long hair pulled through the hole in the back of his ball cap.

The screen capture video worked so flawlessly..what software is that?

RE: Hidden geometry head scratcher
but one question...how did you do the line extensions when doing the intersections for the hips and valleys?

Michael, I am not sure I understand your question.
I think that probably answers my question.

RE: Hidden geometry head scratcher
Boofredlay as an aside...if one is using 2D tools is it advised to mix in the standard textures rather than the 2D hatches?

Is there a way to "lock" all of your drawing into the Z plane?
@unknownuser said:
Another suggestion would be to create a large plane then draw your lines on it. Having a surface to draw your 2d lines on will help prevent snapping to some arbitrary point.
I think that is what drawing your sheet plane would effectively be doing. Each time you ad a line or other element you will get "On Surface" indication.

RE: Hidden geometry head scratcher
I have no idea where your lines came from. They can be selected and deleted. There are some elements on the model that are not on the same plane. I turned on the axis and zoomed in very close and the 2d elements got quirky.
Were the dotted lines there before you applied materials? Some surfaces of the roof were nonexistant.
