i have one little concern, how is that lady supposed to get the trolly up the escalator??
Anyway i love this work and the detail put into it is amazing..
care to supply some model info? like the size of the file, the polys etc etc??
ok here go this is lowpoly and should work with a few more of them lying around..
if you need to use heaps of them just go for a texture that reproduces it, like maybe a bump map??
another way is just to change the arcs amount of lines to a minimum of two...
interesting now that i think about what you pointed out it made sense but from what i have read i get the idea that the plan isnt meant to be changed just the kitchen, so in order to make it right hes going to need to put the dining over towards the bathroom then, a little reorganizing should do the trick....
Here is a tutorial on how to make corrugated iron or maybe even perfectly straight curtains, this method could be used for many different things..
here i have made it into a 3d model to make it easier to use if anyone wants to throw the op some designs...
thats very cool, what sort of final presentation are going after?
are you going to animate it or just have a few stills??
Amazing is all i can say, please keep going i want more MORE!!

i think there might be something like geeble by chris fullmer that could do that for you..
i cant remember where i got it but i havent used it yet...
it goes to 10 percent and the program becomes nonresponsive, i last left it for about half an hour...
i tried it with just one section of the house and it worked fine after about 30 seconds.
all i needed was that one part anyway..
Is there a problem with the stamp tool or is my model too big or what??
i start by selecting my house model then press the stamp tool and then it freezes...
i tried doing the same with a cube about the same size as one of the rooms in the house, it worked perfectly..
if there are any answers to thi annoying problem please do tell??
fantastic tutorial man i love it....
i like the look of your house there anyway looking forward to seeing a few renders....
the driveways stood out quite well, where did you get the idea for that?
i love the design but it could still use a little bit of work..
i also get this sometimes even though it is at the origin, restarting it usually fixes it...
you could always try pressing ctrl while using the push pull tool, it works for me when the geometry forbds the push pull....
ofcourse it doesnt have to be perfect im just after a rough idea, thats all..
are there any tutorials on the sndbox tools?...
