Im beginning to do some work on the landscape in my project but i dont know much about it, i have gotten the contours from the plan and used the smoove tool but it isnt very good im probable going to be using from scratch, but what i want to know is if anybody has any advice tutorials or anything else to give me a hand in this..
please note that the land does have a few vertical drops that need to be placed....

Lets say about 40 years if the government thwere accepts the tower, maybe less but meh!...
unfortunately i wont be able to afford the full $800...
o well ill have to try something else, instead of using max (not mine)...

very very nice, i cant wait until i have an idea to do something like this on such a great scale....
my only problem with is i dont feel safe in a skyscraper that stands on top of artificaial land and a garage complex, i hope that you have thaught that through and made sure its perfectly safe for many years to come and if need be easy to fix little problems before they become big ones..
anyway i love it and want more of these around here....
maybe someone could model the 2mile high building going in dubai, or that new hotel there...

The clay look is just a qick render for detail, i will be doing i more textured look when the time is right...
Anyway i have akmost finished an update on the ensuite and kitchen change(mostly the same just made it more efficient), after that i just have to finish the upstairs bathroom by putting in some vanitys and a miror..
then after that i need to do the built in closets and then im about ready to texture it....
what should i texture first??

i have seen it before although it is unusual as most newer washers are also dryers, it used to be quite common but a few years before that it was difficult putting all that weight on the wall....

the shadows are really cool but dont really match the bg image and the size and location in the bg image makes it feel a little out of place and cold..
but goog job on the model anyway, i cant wait to see more...
Im jst asking about how to apply materials efficiently,whether i should apply them in sketchup then export to another renderer and tweak the material for bet look or if i should apply the material directly in the renderer...
the problem i see is that applying materials in sketchup is soo much easier than other programs and was wondering how efficient either way of applying the materials to a model that has groups and sub groups in sketchup or another renderer???
very nice but a little plain.. should put in some curtains or blinds...
