If I am using sketchup a lot I get that windw an average of twice a day. I just ignore it with no consequences.

RE: Interiors, VR and more...
Just beutifull work mate, the lighting is perfection and I like the over exposed exterior

RE: Stitch Horse
Interesting that something designed simply for function can be so beutifull. Form follows function nice work

RE: SketchUp to Blender2.8 EEVEE Interior Rendering Course ships
Hey Chip, how much is the course? I am unable to check out the links as I am working in Government, and my computer massively filters content and will not allow me to lnk.
Looks realy interesting. Was looking at blender renderers in the past but the blender interface is so damn conveluted and unintuitive, typically blender. I am sure it is logical on a deferent level than SU. If any other sketchup users have done the course could you please review on how you got along with Evvee from a SU/not Blender user perspective and perhaps let us know your experience.
Thanks and Cheers -
RE: Tools of the Trade
Lovely work Tuna
I think working in vertual 3D and getting back to someting as real and hands on as leather, metal and wood would be so cathartic and cool. I am sure all the wood guys on here would understand that. I am still searching for that balance, I would kill for a workshop. Again nice work mate.

RE: Return to Sketchucation after a long time
Hi Charly, rough trot to say the least
I dont want to put words in Frencies mouth but I think he may have fallen foul of auto correct or somthing but, expresion of the higher self (creativity) is a great diversion (Forgive me if I am wrong Frenchy) Have fun getting back on the horse mate
All the best to you.

RE: Shiny Metal
Was the knurling achieved working from a helix, then intersecting faces (or Similar)..........? If not that technique can you share?
Cheers

RE: Shiny Metal
Nice work Dave, looks great
I agree with you that it needs a bit of grunge . How was the knurling achieved? is it a texture or in the model? I see the knurling fades out as it would be in real world machining.

RE: Orgelf's works. second topic.

RE: How to contact Trimble via email?
I wanted to keep my answer simple, I was going to say that you should get your credit card handy. I know that that version and newer ones are no longer supported. I think 2010 is the threshold others may be more knowledgeable than myself on that. Hope somebody may be able to assist if at all possible.
Good luck
Cheers
