RE: Genius small house
@pixelcruncher A new container (40ft) is about $2600 USD the rest of it I have no idea. But I think the skope of works would be cartage, siteworks, Fitout, container mods, electrics, plumbing.

RE: Genius small house
@pixelcruncher I think, by the look of it Scaling with the car it looks about right, plus the fact that it was modelled by an Architect I think it would be to scale. Sorry for not posting a screenshot I thought the link could be seen by anyone.

RE: Twinmotion Vs keyshot
@Rich-O-Brien That may be so Rich, and I do not know the full attributes that Keyshot offers as I mentioned. However TM has offered specialised product studios and environments for the last 2 or 3 versions. People may not be aware of this. that's why I posted. I should have made my post clearer on that.

Cheers Mike, in about 2005 there was a toy called bindeez. Basically they were little beeds where kids would form a coloured pattern of the beads and join them together by spraying them with water and letting it dry. Anyway the Australian toy company decided to get them made in China. In that year there was emergency warning on TV and radio. Seems like the Chinese manufacturer changed the formula to make the product cheaper, hence more profit. The replacement contained "1,4 butylene glycol" that simulates the drug gamma hydroxy butyrate (GHB) (Street name "Grievous bodily harm" a drug not unlike ecstasy if swallowed. children were hospitalised. Then around the same time a Chinese company put melamine in babies formular as that would allow them to water down the milk and the melamine reads as protein, making the mandatory lab test show the milk had the correct amount of protein as per specification. I remember seeing a grandmother buying some Santa clause shaped predominantly red confectionery (clearly made iin China ,at a supermarket I vividly remember cringing

RE: PFAS chemical exposure (Heads up)
Cheers Mike, Just found out that PFAS was also used in cosmetics! On the positive side, my application being fast tracked. It is truly remarkable that my application needs a medical report from my hospital I was told it would take between 5 and 9 weeks to compile. When they found out it was under the fireman's scheme I received it in one and a half weeks and it was 239 pages long! The Government is paying all my medical bills including covering all my transport to and from hospital and to my doctors. I am being treated with a lot of respect. Even If I need a psychologist they will cover it uncapped. Go Australia!

Liam, get as well as you can soon...
Reminded me of this dickwad
Thomas Midgley Jr. has been named a βone-man environmental disasterβ for two big reasons. He was one of the early pioneers of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) β compounds that became widely used in industry β and which were destroying the ozone layer. He also invented leaded gasoline and insisted that it was safe to use.
Perhaps there is a god, because after that he got polio and was partially paralyzed, he invented a pulley contraction on his bed to move him, but one day he became entangled in it and was strangled !
Interestingly we also used a chemical in fire extinguishers BCF or Bromodichloromethane (Halogonated hydrcarbon) the yellow fire extinguishers. I do not blame these inventors, I think the intent was good, and the bad unintentional.

Diagnosed with prostate cancer 1 week ago (prob wont die of it, but with it fortunately)
Really sorry to hear about your recent health issues. Wish you the best in your fight and a full recovery too.
Leads, asbestos and now PFAs. Will science/engineering ever get to a point where we stop treating ourselves as test dummies?
Thanks mate, thing is, my Government has recently passed the ADF Firefighters scheme, I will be compensated and all my medical bills will be covered by the Government and even though I did not do active service I will be treated as a returned injured war veteran with all the benefits, which is substantial. However please don;t think I am a frail invalid I am a strong fit 65 yo guy who walks an average of 12km a day, and do not look my age. So am pretty positive about life, but angry with this situation, and how many others may pay the price,
