I meant to attach the picture where I followed the steps and the results. I'm at a loss to know what to do from here. Really appreciate all your help

Thanks for all your help. In the last picture with the question mark is where we are at a loss to know what to do to grant permission. Picture 2 show all of the users, all have the same permissions but they are grayed out and I can't edit. According to the steps that I need to take to install sketchucation tools for 2017 it shows under the windows preferences preferences an extension tab which I don't have. So in my attempt to fix this the 3 icons the ones showing SketchUcation store had circles with X's in them soI deleted those not knowing what I was doing, Thank you for sticking with me, I will do like you say, if I can find the icons that I deleted. I will keep you posted

So now I'm really in trouble I believe now I went to my original account to try to update the sketchucation store and now I'm having issues with the store The icons that appeared as red squares have turned into round excess showing me that it's not working I tried to get rid of them and now this air appears which is in the screenshot looking for help.

@TIG appreciate your help and guiding me. So I did download and update the extension store successfully I hope, because it showed up on my desktop on SketchUp but when I go to click the store it just says click continue if page does not refresh but it does not get me to the store. Also I would like to note that once I did that I was able to get curvaloft from Fredo to work but without the store I cannot download future plugins I will send you a screenshot of the extension store V5.0.1 if you could help me through that. Thanks John

So this is as far as I get. Trying to get my plugins mainly Fredo the few others loaded, Helix along curve, true bend, loaded. Curvaloft is what I was going for I've already paid for it a while back and it works on my other account on the same computer. My original account that I had mentioned they all work I considered signing out but it would not let me so I gave that idea up worried I couldn't get back in. Apologize in advance for the long-winded explanation. I recently was having issues with my 2017 sketchup issues where when I would use a command any command such as move, rotate and so forth in the middle of the operation it would lose its command, and stop, I would have to go back hit the move button again to move the object sometimes it works most the time it stops I didn’t know if that was memory, having said that I wanted to start a new account on my computer and see if I was having the same issues also wanted to load all my plugins that would also determine if I’m having issues with a memory. So that’s why trying to log on to SketchUcation in sketchup it would just show a spinning (not connecting) and as I was trying to say earlier I was logged on on my other account didn’t know if you can only be logged on as one user ID.

I've been using SketchUp like most folks for years. So I have my 2017 make with plugins and I have come to the realization that bug splats are apart of sketchups environment. My memory serves me correctly back in 2017 Sketchup had an update but I don't know if it was in regards to bug splats. My question is. Is it a memory issue? is there something out there plugin Wise that can prevent that? Thanks John

My purchased plugins on my new device. I'm currently have a desktop with these plugins but would also like to have them on my new laptop and not quite sure how to do this.

Looking for some assistance on how I can download the license I purchased for Fredo Corner and Fredo Scale. I got the email and followed the instructions but it isn't downloading to Sketchup 2017 Make. When I click on download it asks for a program. I tried Sketchup 2017 Make, or Notepad these are the types of choices I have. Nothing happened. I was using the free trial versions and they downloaded and then I was able to open from the Sketchups extension manager just fine into Sketchup 2017 Make. Not sure what i need to do. Thanks for any help. john

yes i was able to load the resizer and tried to use it on my model, it wiped away the textures replace them with white faces , it was set by default at 50%, did this twice and tried to use the limit texture size with same results. is there something that im missing? thanks john

lookin for help i have downloaded the ImageMagick and the resizer into my su plugin folder and im not sure what im to expect is there a supposed to be a icon? i have win 7 not quite sure if i did this properly can some help me? thanks john

Hello Aerialius , im a sketchup user and i have finish my model and have tried to upload my model into the sketchup preview , and am sorry to say that ( KMZ too large. In order to include them in Google Earth, we convert uploaded SketchUp files like yours to another format: KMZ. The KMZ file size that we generated from your SketchUp file is too large. We recommend simplifying your model, splitting it into two or more models or reducing the resolution of your image textures. When you're done, try re-uploading )i had even unlocked the google terrain to lower the file size to 8,808 with the same affects, so im ready to use the plugin not familiar on how to use these , would you mind helping me, do i download the ImageMagick.zip first or is this the texture resizer? how do i get it into sketchup? sorry im just new to this John

I apologize for asking such a silly question, it's pretty obvious what this plugin does but I would like to ask anyway. My pictures that I have texture my model with in sketchup for Google Earth is making my file size too large to be accepted in Google earth. Very frustrating and i am running out of ideas,i had came across this plugin, is this something that would work for me not quite sure how it works? so do I finish my model first then download the plugin? I am new to these plugins and also new to geo modeling, any help would be appreciated John
