TIG AWESOME! The more I explore the 2D Tools, the more I got to love! The Hatch as a material, especially for "drafting" details, is REALLY awesome! Thanks again for your work and taking the time for instructing us Neanderthals! You rock.

Please reread the various exchanges... and the 2dTools own notes... Not all tools that are loaded appear in the 'Plugins' menu. In the case of 2D Tools there's a submenu of tools added to the 'Draw' menu... What you have in the 'Plugins' folder are just those scripts that you have which are coded to appear there. Sometimes a tool appear under a menu, that the author considers more appropriate to its use... Sometimes a specialized tool has no main menu item, but it works in a right-click context-menu, perhaps only appearing there [or being enabled] if the current selection meets certain criteria...

Hi Jim, Did you download it from the Ruby Depot? Here is the most up to date version and it also has an rbz format. http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22091 This is an explanation how to install plugins (including that format): http://sketchucation.com/resources/tutorials/37-beginner/108-installing-sketchup-plugins

GREAT! You were correct, I do use a second monitor sometimes and that's where it was! You know , I tried to learn SketchUp when it was first released but I would encounter areas I could not understand and finally gave up. Now,the ability to ask a question and get help is super. Thanks to you both. Jim PS The tutorials available now are also a wonderful learning tool.

Do you mean you've moved the camera? If so, Camera > Previous goes to the previous view Do you mean you've performed an action? Then Edit > Undo or CRTL + Z will restore the previous state up to 100 i think.
