How to make screen to shrink
Hi, I couldn't find how to shrink the screen visible area for rendering (as attached picture and *.skp).
Thank you in advance jarynzlesa.

RE: Interior rendering for cc
Very nice render
.
The models are great, especially sofa and cushions. Texturing is great (apples, cushion, chair)
.
Some materials needs more subdivs. I would remove noise (second picture) and bump on the floor looks weird.
Final result

RE: Seasons greetings.

RE: Home 13 KITCHEN REMODEL
I am really glad you kept professional distance. For this and similar project can be used Latin proberb - De gustibus non est disputandum (there's no accounting for taste).

RE: Home 13 KITCHEN REMODEL
I would be ashamed to do this. I had to download the pictures, because nobody would believe me.

To jarynzlesa,
Thanks, I think I may have to model the floor. Is that really the way Ithildid it?I don't know how he did it, but I guess that he he did it as attached *.skp.
Ask him, how he did it

RE: Fabric Mapping
@anstvam said:
It has possibly been addressed many times before. I wanted to ask what is the best/ most effective way of mapping patterned textures (or textures in general) onto high poly surfaces?
Amongst many other things, this is something that keeps my renderings low on presentation quality... You can see an example below. As an interior designer, I obviously work a lot with bed covering, curtains, cushions and armchairs among others...
Thanks in advance, AnastassisYes, please. The best would be Unwrap Tool in sketchup, not UVTools v0.1 - it's not working.
Thanks in advance, Jarynzlesa.BTW - the bed looks great

Well, considering our government, they can keep it...

RE: Entrance hall + staircase -- study
Yes, you are right, because both are for a right foot
. -
RE: Entrance hall + staircase -- study
Basic calculation: h = 180mm
b = 275mm
2h + b = 610-630 mm (human's step length)
2*180 + 275 = 635 mm

I think it is Ok

I prefer dark wood my self it seems "richer". However a word of caution. There have been studies about how people's feet clear the tread risers as they walk up a stair and it is a small number and is the reason code specifies small numbers also. Could not tell from your pics what they are hope you consider that. If not you may have soom redesign to do

It seems to interesting. Can you please write it in another way
, I couldn't translate it correctly.Ok as I wrote this is a study and i would be glad if someone join this. I think that this could be helpful for everyone.

Entrance hall + staircase -- study
Entrance hall + staircase -- study.
Vray + PS.I would like to know which one you like the most and which one interior's style would you prefer in your home (if you have to chose)
.
This is a study and I am trying different materials โ I would like to know, how they match with the rest of room and how other people feel that
.
Feel free to comment
.

If you have another idea how to design this room feel free to render it
. I would be pleased to see other ideas and invention

RE: [WIP]Executive suite
Model the floor - you can make your own design, it is advantage of these floors. Model(or draw, if you want) the floor like Ithil did it
.
Render - you are getting better with the render (so far so good)
.
I can't wait the final render

You can see the survey plan that the client provide me, It's quite funny to see what we can do with Sketchup...
Yes, and always .Nice renders
.
I would change the light's color. White is too strong and unpleasant for eyes. Spa is for relax.
And I would change the mood of the room. It looks like in dungeon, but it is only my feelings about the room.BTW: Good renders
