Impressive renderings! Really like the bed fabrics. Just a couple of little observations... The image on the TV doesn't look right, seems too clear, and on the mock up you might like to try the TV higher up the wall for a more relaxed viewing angle. Thanks for sharing.

I really like the feeling of the rendering. Nice! I have three comments: it might help to see something out the window, even if this is a night shot, it will give it more depth; I'm not sure that the plaid material on the armchairs fit the scene and style; the floor and wall texture has a really obvious seam when it repeats, that I find distracting. Great job, overall!

both are great . some minor attention will improve: rise up "every thing" on table about 1 mm to have a fine narrow shadow under em. give a bump map to carpet too.

To bring the colors back into the scene, try turning on all the lights in the apartment. Even set up a light behind the camera bouncing off a white (blank) wall behind the camera.

I love the illumination, the textures, the choice of models and the overall feeling. My only critique is that the texture of the wall is repeating too evidently

Many objects in 3ds that I found online, including the one reported by fymoro sketchupartist in the tutorial, I propose models that have the extension .3 ds or obj precisely. Im more into the minimal style.. but i must say you did a great job with light and textures, specially the curtains. the inferior left side of the image is my favorite. great job! im very glad you got inspired by our renders.
