Seven years ago I produced the first of (now) 35 fully detailed models of former
fire stations. The 35'th model is of my 'home' station. I felt, as a now 66 year old
man (I've been programming since 1974), it might be informative to document my entire process, from blank SketchUp page to the final model installed in the 3D Warehouse.

It contains:

The complete development of StPFD Former Station 14 (b)
-
An introduction, and 6 detailed stepped charts

Over 1000 detailed photos documenting the process

This 'tutorial' is fully detailed, and includes detailed staircase
design, component usage, and creation of various sized 'hand made' brick arches.
