@DotSketch It seems that the problem is in the rotation at 4s. The pivot point is taken about the rail component, not about the model. This somehow links the small component to the big one further on. Currently, it is a little bit cumbersome to specify the basis for the rotation pivot. Wow, thank you pbacot and Box... I've been using Sketchup for around 10 years, and professionally for 5+ and I never noticed this! Very often use angled axes inside Groups and Components, so this will be a game changer for me!

You have the bolt component nested inside the Infill component. When components or groups are nested, CutList thinks the outer ones are assemblies, not parts, so it doesn't list them. If you need to treat the bolt and the channel part of the infill as a single assembly, edit the existing component, select all its contents except the bolt, and create a new component. It will then be nested at the same depth as the bolt, and will show up in CutList.

Tig, thank you for the workaround in your PM... it worked fine! (I had already poked around in that file with N++, but couldn't see anything obvious. ) Just FYI, this is a work laptop and we have a pretty unusual "website whitelist" security setup that I guess must be blocking the pings. (I can't PM yet or I might send you slightly more info, except it would probably be irrelevant for the next version anyway.) P.s. If you want me to test something relating to this just let me know.
