I subscribedScreen shot yesterday to the fredoCorner tool. Today I received a SCF_Purchased_License_FredoCorner_NORMAL_20230929.scflicenseAdobe Acrobat couldn't open because it says isn't a supported file or because is damaged.
Should I try to open it with an other App but which one because my Mac doesn't suggest any other option or should I ask to resend the license and to who ?

Problem to validate the RoundCorner licence. Some help will be welcome

3 days ago I bought a licence for RoundCorner plugin. I received the licence as expected, unfortunately I can't activate the licence, it says ERROR_F09. This licence is for an other plugin ! Indeed the invoice for the licence I got is FredoCornerand licence plugin indicate RoundCorner only... Any help would be welcome.

Unfortunately Dave SU 2016 save indeed the toolbar position of most of the tools but it doesn't load automatically all the tools/plugins used previously. They are no more selected in Tools Views and I must re-select them after each new start. BTW I use iMac OSX 10.11.6

I am using SU 8 and download a model in Google SU models. Unfortunately it has cross marks at every angle and I don't know how to delete or hide them. Probably because I don't know to name those marks I couldn't find any help in search.

I am not sure where to post my request:
I made a project with SketchUp 8, I need to send it to a customer who own only an older version of SkechtUp (7 ?).
I tested, SU 7 doesn't open the SU 8 works.
There is an App for watching only any .skp file or more generally a way to let an older SU open works made with a new version ?
