Is it possible to do this for a selection and not the entire model?
yeah.. group the selection then preform the scaling while inside the group.

Hallo Beeo,
Welcome,
This is not a solution to your mouse problem.
But if you are new to Sketchup, try to get used to using the shortcut key's.

My drawing imported exploded and flipped also.
I hope you get this fixed.

A other (more laboruse) workaround is:
Make a group of 2 lines ,than dubble click it to edit the group .
Cut the line you dont won't in te group , exit the edit mode and paste in place the cut line
Bep
Go to Vieuw ,edge style.
Un-tick edges.

Press delete ,
Go back to Vieuw ,edge style
Tick edges

Hi Utiler,
I use a 26"at home ,and a 27"at work, my son a 24" of this brand ,these have a good quality/costs ratio.
24" http://www.kieskeurig.nl/lcd_monitor/iiyama/prolite_e2473hds/specificaties/957025/
My advice is to buy the biggest lcd you can get and afford, like this one: 27" http://www.kieskeurig.nl/lcd_monitor/iiyama/prolite_e2710hds-1/specificaties/896948/

LS,
I have installed (and working) the Sketchup 8 Dutch version. I have pasted the plugin ( Dxf_In_v2.2.rb ) to the directory: C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 8\Plugins
Unfortunately I have no additonal dxf or dwg import line in my pull down menu File - Import (not even in the bottom of the list)Any idea what's up?

Hi Park,
First read the help in sketchup ,and visit this forum regulary ,and look at you tube.
Search the 3D warehouse for models.
Have fun,
Bep
Thanks Tig ,
Now it works (I just cant see the typo
)
The ruby also gives a number to the sides that are still connected.
Could it skip these sides ?

Bep
