Open the extension store in sketchup

Hello,
I just created a count. I downloaded your extension store in SketchUp 2025. When I click on the red icon to open all the plugins you offer, I have to enter my username and password, which I do but it remains stuck on this page. What should I do to unblock the situation? Thank you for your help.

Can you provide screenshots of where it 'sticks'.
Are your username and password both exactly as set up for the main web site ?

Hi,

Could you describe which page you are stuck on? The one where you enter your login details? Are you getting any error messages after clicking on the "Sign In" button?

I am facing the same problem on SKP2025, first time using the extension. Hereafter a video showing the login issue:

I am running SKP 25.0.633 on OSX 12.7.6, Intel MBP 15" 2015.

I just revert to 4.4.1 linked below and this version is working.

+1 with the same problem, 5.0 keeps asking to login, type username, password click login, it refresh without any mesage back to login again.
install back 4.4.1 login ok.

Could you please try again with v5.0? I made some changes at server-side and would like to see if it fixed the problem or not.
