I sent a mail to Clothworks@sketcucation.com but got an error in reply.

It might be stuck in your Spam folder.
Anyway, you can always access your licenses at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php (just sign-in)

I purchased it yesterday, but I haven’t received an email yet. Could you please check uljoo@naver.com
?

@euljoo
Did you check your spam folder ?
Did you check https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php ?
This lets you download copies of any license-files you have purchased.
After downloading a file to somewhere safe you can then validate it in the appropriate tool's menu item. -

FWIW, FredoCorner has required a paid license since 2021.
If you never purchased a license for it the license couldn't have been removed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, thank you for creating the amazing Fredo6 tools! Personally, I consider these tools indispensable in SketchUp.
I am writing this message from my personal SketchUcation account. I have been working with your plug-ins for many years and I teach at Cibap vocational school for design in the Netherlands. I also regularly recommend your plug-ins to my students.
Recently, our school purchased the plug-ins for the computer lab where I teach (8 plug-ins for activation on 30 devices). However, we are currently encountering an issue that our ICT department has not been able to resolve.
When we activate the plug-ins under the admin account, they work correctly and appear to be activated. However, when students log in to the school computer using their own user accounts, the plug-ins are not activated for them.
How can we solve this issue? The plug-ins are intended for 30 devices, not for 30 users.
I hope you might be able to help us find a solution. I have prepared a great SketchUp lesson for our students that makes use of your plug-ins, so we would love to get this working.
I look forward to hearing from you. If it is necessary to get in touch personally, I would be happy to provide my contact details.
Kind regards,
Ramon -
Several questions...
Does each of your students have a full copy of the the extension installed on their computer in their user's SketchUp Plugins folder ?
Also do they have a copy of the LibFredo6 installed on their computer in their user's SketchUp Plugins folder ? It's needed to support the extension.
And do they have a copy of the SketchUcation toolset installed on their computer in their user's SketchUp Plugins folder ? That's needed for the licensing.
Do they have a copy of the relevant license file saved onto their computer, and also has it been validated for that user and that device ?@fredo6 will probably reply in more detail about the multi-seat licensing setup.
