Fredo will probably chip in, but meanwhile, please ensure that you have the latest versions of LibFredo and the SketchUcation Toolset installed... and restart SketchUp.

You license is reporting an older version [v5.7a] - but it's currently v6.0e, which is shipped with the latest SketchUcation v4.3.0 RBZ...
Also check your internet connectivity and your firewall whitelisting of SketchUcation.com etc...

You have 2 licenses, one with 3 seats, one with 0 seats.
If you wish to release a seat, just send me a PM with the seat number (or date or HWID).

Hello, I'm trying to buy a licence. I'm living in Turkey, when i filled all informations in shop page, after clicked purchase, blue button appearing and nothing more. No response. When i click that blue button, its redirecting to paypal website and asking to create a paypal membership. But paypal is blocked in Turkey. Is there any way to purchase it without paypal?
                  Thanks

                      Two issues:
First I keep trying to release a couple of licenses but they wont show released on the SketchUcation server. It shows released in my SketchUP but not on the server. I have all but 2 down to the 1 I want. The 2 I want wont let me release them on the server either, it doesn't provide a checkbox to release them, only the one license/seat I DO want to keep. Can you please reset the license to the OJ1... Hardware ID only please?

Secondly, these are meant to work offline aren't they? We keep "activating" the license in the bundle and they work while we are online, and it might work for a day or two. Then out of nowhere we go to use the tools again and it suddenly says the license isn't activated and the free trial is expired. We shouldn't be getting this we already activated all the licenses.... So we have to wait a month to get on the net again to ping our Sketchup and then renew our Fredo plugins again, and the same happens again. Are we doing something wrong or is there a bug, or do we have to be online at all times to use these plugins? Thank you!

Pain in the arse. I purchased this thing why do I have to keep dicking around with licensing issues every time i go to use it?

                                  It's really not rocket science.
Have you read the licensing guide ?
You seem to be making something from nothing !

                                  Try this...

Download your license file and store it somewhere safe on your computer.
Open Sketchup and find the extension you have now got a license for [usually under its own submenu under Tools].
                                  In that extension's submenu there's a 'license' sub-item.
Use that which will open a dialog.
Validate its license by clicking the appropriate button...
Then find the saved license file and validate it.
From there on your extension should be licensed...
You can do this for up to three licenses on used different computers...

A few steps to do it properly [once]...

The 2022 FREDO CORNER permanent license was purchased and used.

At the time, I was using the 2018 version of Sketch Up.
The computer is formatted and used as a sketchup 2019 version.
However, when I re-registered the license, the following error occurred.

Error in the License Release--Response from Sketchucation: ERROR_804

The remaining quantity is marked as one for me.

This ruby is very necessary to me.
                                    What should I do?

If you have installed the latest version of the extension & LibFredo, AND the SketchUcation toolset [which deals with the licensing] and restarted SketchUp... then you might be able to release/manage you licenses on the SketchUcation.com website - use the menu item Extensions/SketchUcation/SCFLicense: Global Status... and click the button in the dialog My Licenses at SketchUcation which should open your own page at SketchUcation.com [you might need to log in...

Did so "properly once" and have used it repeatedly in the past. And yet this error message popped up once again when I went to use the tool. Hopefully it remains stable this time and I don't have to waste time messing around with licensing.
