        Excellent. How did you do the faceted one in second image?

          @panixia Its a normal map I made in Substance Designer that I then played with the UV scaling to get the look needed.

                @panixia the bump only needed to reside with this area so I did flat unwrap for this portion

                        I had a starter asset from the client but it was unworkable. So I took a portion and made section I could array along a curve in Blender.

                        I made a couple if variants so the stringy bits didn't look repetitive. I also found a Geonodes setup online that helped add that randomness.

                        SketchUp wasn't up to the task unless you like lots of spinning wheel cursors. These are Cycles renders using the AGX View Transform.
