Just click on where the hole is supposed to be. You'll see the corresponding face. Delete it.

Sigh. Thank you. I wasn't born an idiot, it's taken years of training to get here...

Hi. I am thinking of buying the whole package, but I have a question. I bought a corel draw plugin in this way before. I had a problem with my computer for a while and I had to deal with installing a new windows almost every day and trying to solve my problem. The plugin for corel draw asked for a new register code every time. The manufacturer of the plugin finally told me that he would not send me the code. From his side maybe he was right. I could have been lying to install this plugin on other computers, but I wasn't and I was right. Now I can't use the plugin that I bought for a lifetime fee. I don't have a problem with my computer right now. However, if such a misfortune happens to me again, I wonder what your solution is for this situation. Because I have learned by experience; I may encounter such a problem again. Do I have to contact you again every time I install windows or change the name of my computer or change one of the basic parts of my computer? Or what is your solution? What will happen?

No, if you install Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1 you can manage your devices at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
So if you have a OS/device/hardware change you just release the seat online.
But if you are operating a PC in such an unstable state whereby your formatting frequently, swapping parts or changing names then expect issues to pop up.

I purchased round corner "twice" but still every few months I get blocked out and get a message stating that my free trial period is up. I then have to go in and verify my purchase and or reinstall the plugin. It seems that every time I try to do this the process has changed and that every way that I try to verify my purchase is blocked or not there. How can I prevent this in the future?

Tool is very useful , i like it but purchasing is a problem, i purchased for fredo roundcorner and i got fredo scale, which is not even in purchasing menu.

Apparently you purchased licenses for both RoundCorner (today 14h13) and FredoScale (today 15h53).
Maybe the 2 license emails are in the same master email... -

I've run into a bit of an error (probably on my part).
I've got two pentagons stacked on top of each other to make a makeshift pyramid and I went to round all the edges except for the bottom edges with an offset of .5" with 5 segments. For some reason, all the projected edges are equal except for the sides of the bottom half. They appear to shrink in size in that particular spot.
The edges are all connected correctly making up one shape, yet this issue is occurring. Does anyone know what might be happening?
Thank you!

Did you try setting Offset to Strict?

Well it looks like I got some better results! I gave that a try, and everything looks a fair bit more equal now.
It's not perfect however. The points between the two sides on the top and the bottom are slightly off.
But I suppose in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter that much. I still wonder what might be causing the inaccuracy though.Thank you for the tip!

The angles between the faces are different so the lengths of the curves would be different. You can see that more easily when the angles between are more different.
I expect you would have an easier time modeling this thing if you do so with the thing at a larger size.

I'm afraid I don't fully understand which lines you are referring to that have different angles. Are you talking about the yellow lines, green lines, or blue lines?
-
I'm referring to the angle between the triangular faces above the "belt" and the angle between the trapezoidal faces below the belt. They are different so the arc lengths will be different. I tried to simplify the illustration but making a 3D thing instead of a 3D object.

Ohhh gotcha. Yeah unfortunately there isn't much I can do about that since I can't change the angles of anything since it's based on a design someone else made. I'll just have to live with it.
Thank you for your time!

Yep. You'll have to blame Euclid or one of those other old dead guys who invented Geometry.

Morning, just a quick question ..
I purchased JPP only yesterday, but realised I should have bought the bundle - great value!
Is there any way of paying the difference so I can get the bundle rather than paying $12 + $40.
I understand this is my fault but just thought it was worth the question.
Many thanks.

@leedeetee it is easier for us to refund and then you buy what you need.
just send us an email support@sketchucation.com
