Joint Push Pull will not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

I Can not get Fredo Joint push pull to work. I have uninstalled the extensions, the LibFredo tools, reinstalled the the extensions and then when that didn't work, I uninstalled SU 2019 and installed SU 2020 and reinstalled all new extensions.. It still wont work. When I click any of the options to use any of the push pull tools, nothing happens.
I have the following Fredo tools extensions installted.
fredoTools_v4.2e.rbz
Libfredo6_v12.4a.rbz
Jointpushpull_v4,4e.rbz
Curviloft_v1.8a.rbz
RoundCorner_v3.3a.rbz
TopoShaper_v2.6a.rbzNone of the Fredo Extensions are working on this computer. Anyone know what the problem could be? TIA.

You might have a permissions issue...
First close SketchUp and [re]run its installer's exe file [usually in your Downloads].
Right-click on that exe and choose 'Run as administrator'...
When prompted choose 'Repair'.
Now SketchUp's permissions will be set right.If permissions were wrong the first time you ran one of Fredo's tools then its preferences right be corrupted or otherwise unobtainable.
To fix this find the following folder and delete it [along with all of its files and subfolders].
C:\Users\**YOURUSERNAME**\AppData\Local\LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir
It's hidden by default, but it can be found...
When SketchUp next runs and you use one of Fredo's tools everything should now be recreated with good permissions. -
I followed TIG's suggestions but unfortunately Joinnt PP still doesn't work. So too Fredo Scale.

Can you share more details?
Error messages, Ruby Console output, SketchUp version if different than your profile....

Ignoring the original post and Tigs reply, it is a few months since the OP posted and at some point after that Fredo's JPP became a commercial plugin, so have you bought a license?

Mine says "Incorrect installation of LibFredo6 - Remove rb files" — but I don't know which files.
I also am having a problem with JPP Interactive; the toolbar is there but it doesn't function. I select a surface, click the icons, and nothing happens.
I am running LibFredo6v13.9a, SketchUp Pro 2021. I even purchased a set of licenses on Dec. 20, 2022 and have installed and activated them correctly.

You seems to have a corrupted installation of LibFredo6. Go to the plugin directory, remove the folder Fredo6_!LibFredo6 and then reinstall LibFredo6.
