I have SketchUp Pro 15 with license and everything on my laptop and I just tried to install a demo version of Vray 2.0 and it won't work. I use Windows, but I guess is the same thing for Mac.
      Hope this helps

How to install Vray 3.0 pack to Sketchup 2015 instead of the version 2014? I installed the new version but even after I selected the 2015 directory is still installed for 2014 not showing in 2015. I don't want to remove yet 2014 but wanted to test vray in 2015. Hope I can get some help,

unfortunately, you can only have one version installed. I'd recommend using the SU2015 x64 version.

I don't know how to switch vray currently installed for SU 2014 to my newer 2015 version. I tried to update using 2015 directory but is still working on the 2014 version. I need to switch them

you can't just switch. You need to uninstall the old version, then install the new version.

best to wait until ChaosGroup has a release for SU2015. I would stick with previous versions until then.

Download the latest installer from Chaos for 2015 x64 and it will take you through the process.

it might be possible to have the 32bit version of 2015 installed, and have it work in both 2014 and 2015, but if you install 2015 64bit (which I entirely recommend), you can't have V-Ray in both 2014 and 2015. (why are you using 2014 32bit at all if you have 2015 64bit??)

I have Vray for SketchUp 2014 and getting ready to purchase SketchUp 2015. Will I be able to use my existing Vray license and dongle and just download the new version of Vray, or will I need to purchase the newest version?

Is Vray4SU GPU based or CPU based?

CPU based but there is provision to use GPU for RealTime (RT) rendering.
